What a fantastic evening at the White Night in Melbourne City (Victoria Australia)
I went down on saturday night to check out the amazing lighting show and Melbourne symphony orchestra at the Myer Music Bowl.

What an amazing event I know that it will become an outstanding fixture of Melbourne city in the next few years. With an estimated 300,000 attending this year, a truly outstanding turnout for a central city event!

I took a look at images from other city’s involved in the white night the inspiration a french festival Nuit Blanche attracted and estimated 1,300,000 people on there second year running.. I have no idea how Melbourne would cope under numbers like that, but for the first year of this wonderful festival a big thumbs up from everyone i talked to in the throngs of people out on the streets!
