A couple of weeks ago I was asked to create some images for a L.R Instruments based in Melbourne, Australia.

The brief for this project was to create some very high quality images for usage in their new printed catalogue and websites.

Part of photographing for certain types of businesses requires a nonage of the style needs of that industry.

Medical instruments photography requires all images to be free from high contrast light, reflections and illustrate the functional objects without distortion of items.

All medical instruments have either matt brushed metal or polished metal surfaces, so special care is always needed when photographing this style of object.

Included within the quote for this high volume project was the need for all items to have clipping paths added to the images, making them ready for re-styling and usage with removed backgrounds on catalogue covers etc.

We created some really great images during this shoot a couple of them I have attached added to this post.
